• Delivery time: 2-4 weeks (Times by country)

No surprises: All taxes and duties for Europe and USA are already included — no extra charges upon delivery.

Our guarantee: If your package gets lost — we'll send a new one for free or refund your money. We want your jewelry to find you.

Returns without stress

We want you to feel confident in your choice. If something goes wrong — we’re here for you.

• 30-day return: Full refund for unworn items within 30 days of delivery. You only pay return shipping.

• Wrong size: You send the ring back; we send one replacement for free.

• Arrived damaged or has a fault: Send us a photo — replacement and shipping are on us.

• Lost by the carrier: Choose a free replacement or a full refund.

Made to be worn

Sterling silver can be worn in water and may naturally darken over time — this is a normal surface change and can be cleaned.

Use the polishing cloth included with your order, or lukewarm water with mild soap and a soft cloth. For pearls and natural stones, avoid abrasive cleaning directly on the stone or pearl.
