We want to be honest with you and inform you about the current shipping situation.

⏰ Important for New Year Orders

If you want to receive your order before New Year, we recommend placing it at least one month in advance.

Please plan your orders ahead, especially if they are gifts for your loved ones.

What's Happening

In recent months, our delivery service has been giving us unpleasant surprises:

  • Delivery delays of 20-25 days
  • Tracking numbers not updating for 15-20 days

Your package route: Tbilisi → Netherlands → Your country in Europe

The speed issues occur specifically on the Netherlands → Europe segment. This situation has been ongoing for about 2 months now.

Why We Can't Fix This Quickly

Unfortunately, there are no competing delivery services to Europe in Georgia, so we cannot choose either the carrier or the shipping price. We constantly put pressure on our delivery service in every way possible, but our leverage is limited. They resolved the issue with two batches, but then the delays resumed.

What Can Be Done Now

Unfortunately, for now, we can only wait. We really want to provide you with the best service for a fair price and we're trying our best, but not everything is in our hands yet.

We offer our sincere apologies. We feel especially bad if you're ordering a gift for your loved ones — we understand how important this is.

✨ Good News: Solution Found!

Thanks to these difficulties, we've found a solution and are actively implementing it now.

Work is already underway, and if everything goes well, in the new year:

  • Delivery times will be reduced to 4-8 days
  • Shipping costs will be lower
